Customer-specific printing plate handling systems
Some printers have a need for special solutions due to their spatial conditions, their workflow or other reasons. In this case, BEIL Systems can offer tailor-made concepts.
Horizontal storage of printing plates (BEIL TowerStack)
This system is suitable, for example, for printing plates with long bendings that are difficult to stack in conventional plate trolleys, or for print shops that have many individual exchange plates.
The system can also be used as a buffer storage and printing plates can be sorted in and out as required.
Rail system for the transport of printing plates (BEIL RailSystem)
Gondolas or cassettes filled with printing plates can be transported by rail systems from pre-press department to the printing press/unit.
Lifters at the gallery facilitate the handling of printing plates (BEIL PlateLifter)
Plate carts with printing plates can be moved onto specially designed lifts at the gallery of the press, in order to then work off the printing plates from the gallery level. This protects the operating personnel and shortens running times.
